Role Overview
We are seeking a Research Analyst to support investment research, portfolio monitoring, and analytical initiatives across listed equities and related investment opportunities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work across research, operations, and internal processes in a dynamic investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental research on listed companies, sectors, and investment themes
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks
- Prepare investment notes, presentations, and internal research reports
- Track portfolio companies, earnings releases, and market developments
- Support portfolio reviews and performance monitoring
Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (completed or pursuing) / relevant finance degree
- 3–5 years experience in equity research, investment research, portfolio analytics, or related functions
Skills Required
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Understanding of financial statements and capital markets
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Strong ownership mindset and process orientation
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial databases preferred
Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
