The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to provide prompt support.
Requirements:
- Gender - Both (Age below 30)
- Shift Timing given below:
- 6 AM - 2 PM , 2 PM - 10 PM , 10 PM - 6 PM (3 days weekoff)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & Malayalam)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Problem-solving ability and patience.
- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
