Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients for Study, Tourist, Visitor.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
- Guide clients regarding documentation, eligibility, and visa procedures.
- Assist with application filing and follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and provide timely updates.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa Counselling or Immigration Services (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
- Strong counseling and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
