- Curriculum Execution: Ensuring the syllabus and teaching methodologies prescribed by the state/technical education board are strictly followed.
- Faculty Supervision: Monitoring and evaluating faculty performance, guiding lesson planning, and facilitating professional development programs.
- Quality Assurance: Managing regular assessments, gathering stakeholder feedback, and taking remedial action to improve the teaching-learning process.
- Exam Chief: Acting as the Chief Superintendent or chief officer in charge for board and university examinations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Securing and maintaining timely approvals and affiliations from regulatory bodies (such as the AICTE and State Boards of Technical Education).
- Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, workload assignments, and discipline of both academic and administrative staff.
- Admissions: Supervising the admission process to ensure it complies with state and management policies.
- Budgeting: Preparing the annual institutional budget for the approval of the governing body or management.
- Resource Allocation: Managing funds for laboratory equipment, library resources, and campus maintenance.
- Auditing: Overseeing financial controls, verifying cash books, and ensuring transparency in fee collection, scholarships, and salary distributions
- Placement Assistance: Collaborating with industries to facilitate student internships, apprenticeships, and final placements.
- Consultancy: Promoting internal revenue generation through faculty consultancy services and industry-sponsored projects.
- Community Engagement: Building relationships with the local community, alumni networks, and corporate bodies.

- Campus Discipline: Overseeing the conduct and decorum of the student body, including handling student grievances.
- Support Services: Planning and facilitating guidance, counseling, and hostel administration.
- Qualification: Any PG degree, PhD, having 5 plus years working under any college
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
