Sales Executive / Sales Girl – Luxury Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our luxury real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling potential clients, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements and assisting them through the property buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Communicate with potential buyers through calls, WhatsApp and meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable luxury properties
- Schedule and coordinate property visits/site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into sales
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead management
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Good Hindi and English communication skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with high-value/luxury property clients
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp and MS Office is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
