We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic MBA Freshers who are eager to build their careers in a client-facing field role. This is a 100% field-based position, ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, traveling locally, and developing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and business locations across Thane and nearby areas.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct meetings and present company services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
Salary
