Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support client onboarding, user access management, documentation, and operational activities. The role will help ensure smooth onboarding and efficient platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage client accounts.
* Provide and update user access.
* Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and feature guides.
* Track onboarding activities and maintain records.
* Coordinate with internal teams for client support.
* Assist in feature validation and UAT testing.
Required Skills
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organization.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
* Quick learner with basic technical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
* Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BCOM, BCA
* Prior internship experience in operations, documentation, or customer support is preferred.
Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
