Position Overview
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for conducting feedback calls with buyers after order delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and encouraging genuine feedback on the Amazon portal. The goal is to maintain a high level of post-purchase experience and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Make feedback calls to buyers for all delivered orders.
- Confirm buyer satisfaction and politely request them to share feedback/reviews on Amazon.
- Record all buyer responses accurately in the feedback tracker.
- Handle basic buyer email queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns in a polite and professional manner.
- Escalate negative or unsatisfied customer feedback to the senior team for review.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive tone in every interaction.
- Share daily call summaries and feedback status reports with the management team.
Work Schedule
Working Days: 6 days a week (including Sundays)
Weekly Off: Any 1 weekday (rotational/off as per schedule)
