Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Trainee role based in Noida. The role involves identifying prospective clients, supporting lead generation activities, and assisting in outreach through calls, emails, and online channels. The trainee will help conduct market research on target industries, track competitor activities, and contribute to sales pitches and presentations. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM or sales tracking tools, coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, and following up with potential and existing clients to support ongoing business relationships. The role also includes supporting customer queries, preparing basic reports on business development activities, and learning to manage the end-to-end business development cycle under guidance.
Qualifications
· Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Candidates should possess lead generation and market research skills to identify opportunities and gather insights on target markets.
· Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making in business development activities.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a proactive and learning-focused approach.
· Basic knowledge of sales or business development processes; prior internship or academic exposure in related fields is an advantage.
· Comfort with MS Office or similar tools, and willingness to work with CRM or sales tracking systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
· Strong ethical standards, professional conduct, and an interest in the recruitment and people advisory domain.
