Job Description
Savyasasy Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Android Developer to join our product development team for School Chimes, our school ERP and communication platform.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Android application development using Java and Kotlin, with a passion for building high-quality mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure application quality, responsiveness, and compatibility across Android devices.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing application features.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Android application development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with Android Studio and Android SDK.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with SQLite/Room Database.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Firebase services.
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture and Jetpack components.
- Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
