We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Team Lead Architect to guide our engineering initiatives. You will serve as the technical authority for our product ecosystem, spearheading system design while mentoring and managing a high-performing team of developers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Drive the overall technical architecture, roadmap, and design, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage an architecture/development team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
- Technical Governance: Review and define coding standards, architectural patterns, and deployment best practices
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,170,354.67 per year
