Role Overview
We're seeking a passionate Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive with a flair for design, a pulse on social media trends, and the ability to create content that inspires, engages, and drives conversations. If you're creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
* Design impactful creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
* Create posters, carousels, stories, reels, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
* Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
* Write engaging captions and develop content aligned with the Actor Prepares brand voice.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and implement fresh, creative ideas.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
* Edit short-form videos and reels for social media.
* Maintain a consistent visual identity across all online and offline communication.
* Monitor social media performance and recommend ideas to improve engagement and reach.
* Capture and create real-time content during workshops, events, shoots, and other institute activities.
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite like Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Basic photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
* Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
