Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Senior Social Media Executive to manage the digital presence of Nithya Amirtham, Eternal, and Nithyam Catering across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, influencer coordination, WhatsApp marketing, online reputation management, and supporting outlet-level marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage social media pages for:
- Nithya Amirtham
- Eternal
- Nithyam Catering
- Handle day-to-day activities across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- WhatsApp Business
- Plan and execute daily content calendars.
- Publish daily posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Create engaging captions aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
2. Content Publishing & Community Engagement
- Schedule and publish content across all social media channels.
- Repost user-generated content, customer testimonials, and influencer content.
- Coordinate with design and video teams for creative assets.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Maintain content archives and posting schedules.
3. WhatsApp Marketing
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns for all brands.
- Create and send:
- Promotional messages
- Festival campaigns
- Product launches
- Announcement broadcasts
- Maintain customer database segmentation.
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
4. CRM & Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and manage Google Reviews across all 23 outlets.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback professionally.
- Maintain daily review tracking reports.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to address customer concerns.
- Improve overall online ratings and customer satisfaction metrics.
5. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management
- Coordinate weekly influencer campaigns across all outlets.
- Identify and onboard relevant food, lifestyle, and local influencers.
- Communicate campaign briefs and deliverables.
- Coordinate between influencers and restaurant managers.
- Ensure campaign execution as per schedule.
- Track influencer content, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain influencer database and performance reports.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports.
- Track:
- Follower growth
- Reach and impressions
- Engagement rate
- Campaign performance
- Influencer campaign outcomes
- Google Review performance
- Present actionable insights and recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support outlet-level promotional activities.
- Assist in festival and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
- Suggest innovative content ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or related field.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Experience in F&B, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industry preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, basic design principles, and content planning tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
