Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, messages, and online platforms.
- Understand learner requirements, career aspirations, and recommend the right courses.
- Guide learners through the enrollment process and highlight the benefits of CDA programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build strong follow-ups to ensure conversions and smooth onboarding.
- Share regular performance and pipeline updates with the team lead.
