- Diploma / Graduate (Civil Engineering preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Management)
- Basic knowledge of road & bridge construction and DPR reporting is desirable
- 0–2 years in MIS, data entry, project documentation, or construction reporting.
Purpose of the Role:
- To collect, verify, compile, and maintain daily project data from multiple road and bridge project sites and prepare accurate MIS reports, enabling the Planning Team to focus on project monitoring, planning, resource mobilization, and project control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) from all project sites.
- Verify and compile daily production, labour, machinery, material, and diesel consumption data.
- Update DPR data daily into Profit Analysis Sheets and in ERP
- Maintain digital records of DPRs, production reports, and project documentation.
- Follow up with site teams for missing or incorrect information
- 100% on-time DPR collection from all project
- Daily MIS updated within the reporting
- High accuracy in data entry and
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly
