About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize ads for better results.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Good understanding of tracking, analytics, funnels, and campaign optimization.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in person from our Sector 35, Faridabad office.
Compensation
Starting Salary: ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and skill set.
