Job Description
The Customer Delight Executive will manage customer inquiries ensuring every customer receives accurate information and a delightful experience. You will act as a key representative of the company, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries
- Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and accountability
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain accurate data and interaction logs in the CRM system
- Identify and share opportunities to improve customer service processes
