Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on their needs
- Provide product guidance and recommend suitable upgrades
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Maintain store displays and assist with basic inventory management
- Ensure smooth billing and order processing
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of retail or sales experience (optical experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Presentable and sales-driven personality
Fixed salary: 30000 to 45000 + incentives based on performance.
