About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to manage commercial activities, support business development, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations and cost estimates.
- Follow up with clients on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Source materials from vendors and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Verify product compliance with BIS/ISI, NBC, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with sales, projects, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Maintain quotation records, vendor databases, and commercial documentation.
- Assist in order processing and ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial operations, estimation, procurement, or quotations.
- Experience in Fire Protection, MEP, Construction, or Industrial Safety is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
