Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, client follow-ups, and coordinating site visits to help convert prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on company-generated leads
- Understand client requirements and explain real estate projects clearly
- Convince clients for site visits and coordinate site visit schedules
- Ensure clients reach the site and provide proper follow-up after visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with sales and site teams to close deals
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development preferred
- Good English communication skills (spoken & basic written)
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
