WordPress Developer – Marketing Team Support
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to support our Marketing Team with ongoing website updates, landing page creation, and website development projects. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage daily website changes, build high-converting landing pages, and leverage WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily website updates, content changes, and maintenance tasks across multiple WordPress websites.
- Create, update, and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Develop and launch new websites as needed to support business and marketing initiatives.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage WordPress plugins.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to implement campaign requirements and website enhancements.
- Maintain website security, backups, and plugin updates.
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and managing WordPress websites.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or similar).
- Experience creating landing pages focused on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
- Experience with website hosting environments and domain management.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Experience integrating third-party tools, APIs, and CRM systems.
