Zyberspace Inc. is hiring International E-commerce & Technical Support Executives to handle international marketplace operations and computer technical support.
Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, Newegg, and other marketplaces.
- Handle listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Provide technical support through calls, emails, and chat.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, Windows, networking, RAM, SSD, GPU, CPU, and other hardware issues.
- Handle warranty, replacement, and technical support cases.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with warehouse and technical teams.
Requirements
- Freshers & candidates with 1–3+ years of experience can apply.
- Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and computer hardware preferred.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
