Position: Picker / Packer
Location: Vadpe
Job Purpose: To ensure accurate picking, loading, and movement of goods within the warehouse while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items as per order sheets or system-generated lists.
- Ensure accuracy in quantity and product type while picking.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles manually or using basic equipment.
- Assist in stacking, organizing, and labeling stock within the warehouse.
- Need a picker/Packer with basic knowledge of computers
- Proper inward/outward of material
- Perform basic checks for packaging damage or quality concerns.
- Coordinate with supervisors for daily dispatch targets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area.
- Support inventory audits and stock rotation as directed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights
- Basic understanding of handling materials and labels
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Hindi communication required; basic English skills are an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
