We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable handling customer interactions, and assist in coordinating staff and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
* Organize and manage day-to-day office activities.
* Handle customer relationship and customer service tasks.
* Make and receive telephone calls (telecalling).
* Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth office operations.
* Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
* Support management with administrative duties as required.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
* Basic computer knowledge
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Friendly and professional attitude with customers.
* Previous office administration or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
