Digital Marketing Executive – Loans & Insurance
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for loan and insurance products. The role involves managing online campaigns, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, website performance, and lead generation initiatives to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads for loan and insurance products.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Manage the company's website, landing pages, and online content to improve user experience and lead conversions.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Execute email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for customer engagement and lead nurturing.
- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms and blogs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial services and insurance advertising guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube advertising.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and content writing abilities.
- Creative thinking with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Loans, Insurance, or Financial Services is preferred.

Salary Range (India)
- Digital Marketing Executive: ₹3.5–6 LPA
- Senior Digital Marketing Executive: ₹6–9 LPA
- Digital Marketing Manager: ₹10–18 LPA (depending on experience and organization)
