Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer with strong expertise in the CodeIgniter Framework to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while following best coding practices and MVC architecture. The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Work extensively with CodeIgniter MVC architecture.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Create and maintain reusable libraries, modules, and helper functions.
- Manage application routing, controllers, models, and views.
- Optimize database structures and improve query performance.
- Implement form validation, session management, and authentication systems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Ensure application security using CodeIgniter security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Handle application deployment and support post-deployment activities.
