We are looking for an experienced and result driven Business Manager to lead our sales operations and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue while ensuring timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Location : Gulbarga, Bellary, Raichur, Bidar
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, Engineers, Masons and key customers.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and sales programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a TMT Sales role.
- Experience in the TMT Steel, Cement, Construction Materials, or Building Products industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
