About the Role
Secure Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Consultant to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in networking and cybersecurity and be capable of deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and security solutions. This role involves working closely with customers, internal technical teams, and OEM partners to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support networking and cybersecurity solutions.
- Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, wireless solutions, and other network devices.
- Perform troubleshooting of network connectivity, security, and performance issues.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and commissioning of IT infrastructure projects.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, health checks, and firmware/software upgrades.
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and project handover documents.
- Coordinate with OEM partners and internal teams for project execution and issue resolution.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC), demonstrations, and customer presentations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer security policies.
Key Qualifications
- B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree
- CCNA Certified (Mandatory)
- 1–2 Years Networking Experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
- VLANs, VPNs & Firewalls
- Wireless Networking Basics
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to Travel
- Team Player with Learning Attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise firewall solutions (Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.).
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
