This role is responsible for the lifecycle management of corporate mobile devices, rugged warehouse scanners, tablets, and operational endpoints supporting both our corporate workforce and supply chain operations.
This is a senior engineering role, not a desktop support position. You will engineer and support enterprise mobility platforms including Microsoft Intune, Blue Yonder, and other MDM technologies, while partnering closely with the Intune, JAMF, and Endpoint Engineering teams to deliver a secure, reliable, and consistent end-user experience across every managed endpoint.
What You'll Do

Engineer, administer, and optimize enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune, Blue Yonder, and related mobility solutions.
Manage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies, application deployment, and lifecycle management.
Maintain mobile operating system updates, security configurations, and application deployment standards.
Operational & Warehouse Mobility
Support corporate mobile devices, rugged handheld scanners, tablets, and warehouse technologies.
Partner with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to ensure business-critical mobile solutions remain reliable and available.
Troubleshoot complex mobility and operational device issues while driving long-term engineering improvements.
Cross-Platform Collaboration
Work closely with Intune, JAMF, and Endpoint Engineering teams to deliver a seamless endpoint experience across Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and warehouse devices.
Participate in technology pilots, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and enterprise rollouts.
Develop automation, documentation, and operational standards that improve scalability and reduce operational effort.
Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise Mobile Device Management experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Experience supporting iOS, iPadOS, Android Enterprise, and rugged mobile devices.
Strong understanding of enterprise mobility architecture and lifecycle management.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting Zebra, Honeywell, or similar rugged device ecosystems.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Zero Touch, Samsung Knox, or similar enrollment technologies.
Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or automation scripting.
Why This Role Matters
Enterprise mobility is no longer separate from endpoint management—it is a core component of the employee experience. This role ensures mobile devices, warehouse technologies, and operational endpoints are managed with the same engineering discipline as Windows and macOS platforms. By partnering closely with the Intune, JAMF, and Endpoint Engineering teams, you'll help deliver a consistent, reliable, and modern endpoint experience that enables employees and frontline operations to perform at their best.
