Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Operations Management to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing teams, driving operational efficiency, and delivering results within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure timely execution of operational tasks with high quality standards.
- Monitor team productivity and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Handle escalations and drive quick resolution of issues.
- Train and develop team members to improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Operations Management.
- Proven experience in handling and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Candidate must be 38 years or older.
- Must be residing in Noida or nearby locations for easy commute.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
