Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and critical control points (CCPs).
- Conduct daily quality checks and maintain quality records.
- Investigate customer complaints, product defects, and non-conformities.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate internal, customer, and external audits.
- Train production employees on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Ensure calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
- Approve product release and ensure traceability of all batches.
- Monitor shelf-life studies and product quality trends.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and R&D departments to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
