-Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trademark Paralegal located in Gurugram.
The Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for managing trademark portfolios, conducting due diligence, handling docketing processes, and assisting with patent and copyright law matters.
The role will require drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents related to trademarks as well as providing support to attorneys in legal proceedings and case management.
-Qualifications/ Skills Required
· About 1-2 years of experience managing trademark docketing and prosecution
· Proper attention to detail and practical experience managing a large trademark prosecution docket.
· Knowledge of creating docket reports and managing Intellectual property records.
· Sufficient knowledge of Trademark application and review.
· Research and time management abilities.
· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
