Job Overview:
Aouraa Productions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Offline Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and lead generation through on-ground marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event-based promotions, vendor partnerships, and offline campaign execution, preferably within the wedding or events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business development and revenue goals.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on local and industry-specific market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
Brand Management & Communications:
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect a consistent, premium, and on-brand visual and verbal identity.
- Oversee brand positioning across digital platforms, presentations, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage Public Relations (PR) activities, including drafting press releases for major events, collaborations, and announcements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to secure positive coverage and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in weddings/events/hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen understanding of local market trends.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
