Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers through cold calling, emailing, social selling (LinkedIn), networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales Process & Closing
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and virtual/in-person meetings with prospects.
- Understand customer pain points and articulate how [Product/Service] provides a solution.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas (e.g., $[X] per month/quarter).
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure smooth handoff of new clients to the customer success or onboarding team.
- Gather market feedback (competitor pricing, feature requests) and share with product/marketing teams.
Administration & Reporting
- Accurately log all activities (calls, emails, meetings) in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
