Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and project compliance.
- Perform model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools.
- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and BIM standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, BIM execution plans, and industry standards.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of BIM Modeling and BIM workflows.
- Experience with AutoCAD and engineering drawing standards.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP design principles.
- Ability to create and modify Revit families.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
