Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify and convert high-value B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Close deals and consistently exceed sales targets by developing long-term client relationships.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to position offerings effectively.
Enterprise Engagement: Engage C-level executives and decision-makers at Tier-1 companies and OEMs.
Consultative Selling: Deliver tailored solutions based on client challenges, backed by compelling presentations and proposals.
CRM & Sales Tools: Maintain accurate sales data in ZOHO CRM; use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and drive revenue.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 4–5 years in B2B sales/business development; 3+ years as a Business Development Manager.
Sales Expertise: Proven success in generating revenue and closing high-value deals.
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong skills in deal negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in ZOHO CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo.
Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to track and improve sales performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client and internal communication.
