Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and performance-driven Store Manager to lead our Pune store. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of store operations, sales performance, team management, customer experience, and business growth while ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive store sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales trends and customer buying behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and improve key business metrics including conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall productivity.
- Execute promotional activities and sales initiatives to maximize store performance.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members.
- Create a high-energy and performance-oriented work environment.
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Drive employee engagement and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer obsession.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Ensure team members consistently uphold Uni Seoul's service standards.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and controls.
- Manage stock replenishment, transfers, and shrinkage control measures.
- Maintain operational discipline and adherence to SOPs.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational and inventory records.
- Manage store expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit business reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail.
- Strong understanding of sales management and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Hands-on knowledge of POS systems and retail software.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for retail excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing retail environment.
