Urgent Hiring – Business Consultant (Manufacturing Solutions)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Travel: Regular field visits across Rajkot & Saurashtra Industrial Belt
Are you passionate about manufacturing, industrial operations, and business consulting?
We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant – Manufacturing Solutions to work closely with manufacturing industries, identify operational challenges, and support technology-driven improvement initiatives.
Eligibility:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Instrumentation) OR BBA / MBA
- 0–3 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are welcome
- Comfortable with field travel and factory visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct factory assessments and understand operational challenges
- Interact with business owners, plant heads, and production teams
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and digitization
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation
- Maintain reports, follow-ups, and project pipelines
Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
