Job Summary
Mine Power is looking for motivated engineering freshers to join our team as PLC Automation Trainees.
This role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in building a career in industrial automation, PLC programming, control panels, electrical systems and industrial machine automation.
Selected candidates will receive structured practical training as part of their employment and will work on automation-related activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
The role provides exposure to real industrial automation projects and practical engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with PLC-based automation projects.
- Support PLC programming, testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Learn and work with industrial control systems.
- Assist with control panel wiring and electrical component identification.
- Understand PLC inputs, outputs, sensors and actuators.
- Assist in HMI configuration and basic industrial communication.
- Support testing and commissioning activities under supervision.
- Read and understand electrical control drawings.
- Participate in machine automation and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain basic technical documentation related to projects.
- Follow workplace safety and engineering procedures.
- Work with senior engineers to understand practical industrial automation applications.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech graduates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related engineering disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical, electronics or mechanical engineering concepts.
- Willingness to work on-site and learn industrial automation.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting interest.
