We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and assisting customers throughout the property-buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
