Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP & Civil Billing Engineer who can independently handle project measurements, quantity verification, client and subcontractor billing, BOQ preparation, and coordination with site execution teams. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Civil, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and Interior works, with experience in preparing RA Bills, Final Bills, and variation claims.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeasurement & Quantity Survey
- Take accurate site measurements for Civil and MEP works.
- Prepare Measurement Sheets (MB) and Quantity Take-Off (QTO).
- Verify executed quantities as per approved drawings and actual site conditions.
- Conduct joint measurements with Client/Consultant/PMC.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and quantities.
Billing & Costing
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
- Prepare Client Bills, Subcontractor Bills, and Vendor Bills.
- Verify subcontractor measurements before certification.
- Prepare Extra Item, Variation, and Deviation Statements.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice preparation and payment follow-up.
- Maintain billing records and payment status.
BOQ & Estimation
- Prepare BOQs based on drawings and specifications.
- Review tender BOQs and identify quantity variations.
- Prepare detailed rate analysis for non-BOQ items.
- Assist in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Maintain quantity tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation
- Prepare Billing Abstracts and Measurement Books.
- Maintain billing registers and quantity records.
- Prepare material reconciliation reports.
- Maintain billing correspondence with clients and consultants.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and contract compliance.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients.
- Verify work completion before billing.
- Resolve quantity discrepancies with execution teams.
- Attend joint measurement meetings.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and Interior Works.
- Excellent understanding of BOQ, Tender Documents, Specifications, and Drawings.
- Knowledge of CPWD DSR, Market Rate Analysis, and Rate Justification.
- Experience in preparing RA Bills, Final Bills, Extra Items, and Variation Claims.
- Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Familiarity with contract conditions and measurement standards.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP & Civil Billing.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, embassies, hospitals, hotels, or institutional projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹324,866.97 - ₹722,063.07 per year
