The Driver Cum Salesman is responsible for safe transportation and delivery of company products to retail outlets, distributors, and customers while achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring proper stock and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle safely and follow assigned delivery routes.
- Load and unload products carefully during delivery.
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other customers for sales promotion.
- Take orders, deliver products, and collect payments from customers.
- Maintain proper billing, invoices, delivery notes, and collection records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Identify new customers and expand market coverage.
- Maintain stock records and ensure proper stock handling inside the vehicle.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer complaints to management.
- Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Submit daily sales and collection reports to the reporting officer.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
