Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Executive to promote and sell residential, office, and modular furniture products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, calls, and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for timely project completion.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Update customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
- Promote company products through social media, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of furniture, interior design, and modular furniture products.
- Ability to prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in furniture, interior, or building material sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
