We are seeking a proactive and motivated Bidder to join our business development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru, communicating with clients, and supporting business growth initiatives. Fresh MBA graduates with excellent communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Prepare and submit competitive proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project scope and business needs.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals and negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to gather project estimates and solutions.
- Maintain records of bids, client interactions, and project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly bidding and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or other bidding platforms.
- Understanding of IT services, software development, digital marketing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
