We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with 4–6 years of experience in managing, monitoring, and optimizing enterprise databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, database replication, performance tuning, monitoring tools, and secure data transfer mechanisms. Experience with modern monitoring stacks and event streaming platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise database environments.
- Manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including backup, recovery, replication, and performance tuning.
- Administer NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Configure and manage MySQL Replication for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Monitor database health, availability, storage utilization, and performance.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform database backup, restoration, migration, and capacity planning.
- Manage secure file transfers using SFTP.
- Configure and maintain Apache HTTP Server as required for database-supported applications.
- Implement monitoring and log aggregation using:
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Support secure messaging and event streaming using Apache Kafka.
- Ensure database security, access control, auditing, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational manuals.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Participate in performance optimization, patch management, and database upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology, OR
- M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), OR
- MCA, OR
- Equivalent higher qualification from a recognized university.
Required Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Database Administration.
- Experience in managing enterprise database environments.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience in database replication, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Linux server environments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
