Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Resource Cell (CRC) to lead placement initiatives for our PGDM program. The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate connect, industry exposure, and proven experience in placements and corporate relations at reputed universities/institutes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive placement initiatives for PGDM students, ensuring strong corporate engagement and opportunities.
- Build and strengthen industry partnerships across sectors for campus recruitment.
- Organize placement drives, industry talks, internships, and recruitment programs.
- Mentor and prepare students to meet corporate expectations in terms of skills and employability.
- Collaborate with faculty and management for industry-aligned initiatives.
- Maintain and report placement statistics, analytics, and corporate engagement activities
Eligibility & Requirements
- Manager: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate relations/placements with reputed universities/institutes.
- Sr. Manager: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in placements and corporate engagement.
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
