Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Liaisoning Executive to handle coordination and follow-up work with government authorities, local bodies, and external agencies for smooth execution of company projects and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government departments, municipal corporations, and local authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Handle liaisoning work related to:
- PMC / PCMC approvals
- RERA documentation
- Electricity, water, and fire NOC follow-ups
- Property tax and legal documentation
- Maintain good relationships with consultants, contractors, and government officials.
- Follow up for permissions, licenses, and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and submit required documents, applications, and reports.
- Track status of approvals and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate internally with Engineering, Legal, CRM, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain records of all approvals, letters, and official communication.
- Visit government offices and project sites as required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of government approval processes and documentation.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Familiarity with real estate/construction compliance processes preferred.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in liaisoning work in Real Estate or Construction industry preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate should have local area knowledge and field work experience.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
