- Source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for technical interviews, ensuring a thorough understanding of their technical skills and experience.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, provide updates on recruitment status, and manage expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
