Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to handle a range of administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across correspondence, payments follow-up, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence with suppliers and customers via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Follow up on pending payments with customers and vendors
- Coordinate with courier and logistics agencies for dispatch and tracking of parcels/shipments
- Maintain records related to administrative tasks, vendor communication, and dispatch documentation
- Support general office administration and other related ad-hoc tasks as required
- Liaise between internal departments (sales, accounts, stores) to ensure smooth admin workflow
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong ability to draft and communicate professionally over email
- MS Office / Excel proficiency
- Good command over both English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Must be currently settled in Indore, Rau, or Pithampur
