ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer who can independently lead backend development for largescale enterprise applications. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in designing scalable applications, handling complex integrations, optimizing performance, and delivering production-ready software.
This is a critical role where the developer will work closely with solution Architects, Project Managers, Frontend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Clients to ensure successful project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise grade Java applications.
- Build scalable rest APIs using spring Boot
- Develop secure applications using security.
- Design database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and improve application performance.
- Develop reusable and maintainable backend components.
- Integrate third party systems using REST APIs,SFTP, Message Queues and external services.
- Handle application migration from legacy systems to modern architecture.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Implement logging , monitoring, exception handling, and security best practices.
- Review code and mentor junior developers.
- collaborate with UI, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Code Reviews, UAT support, and Production Deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure coding standards , documentation, and quality processes are followed.
